Visual Communicator - Job Description
About IoTReady
IoTReady provides hardware and software traceability solutions for 1500+ warehouses and factories across India. We work with customers like BigBasket, Vedanta, Flipkart, and Sun Pharma—tracking everything from fruits and vegetables to copper and aluminum.
The Role
We need someone who can make complex operations technology easy to understand visually. You will transform our technical stories into compelling designs that resonate with operations executives, CFOs, and plant managers.
What You'll Work On:
- Customer case studies, product datasheets and implementation guides
- Templates for sales decks and presentations
- Explainer/customer site videos
- Use case animations (ok if you don't already know this)
- Infographics showing workflows and system architectures
- Website visuals and social media graphics (primarily LinkedIn)
- Inputs into our mobile and web UI (ok if you don't have any experience of this)
Experience Required
0-2 years of professional experience (fresh graduates and early career welcome)
We strongly prefer:
- Experience working at startups
- Those who have founded a startup in the past or want to found one in the future
What We're Looking For
Required:
- Strong visual design fundamentals (typography, color, layout, hierarchy)
- Excellent written and verbal English
- Self-driven—you take a brief and execute without hand-holding
- Fast iteration and quick turnarounds
- Portfolio demonstrating your work (3-5 examples)
Nice to Have:
- Canva and/or Adobe Creative Suite
- GSuite familiarity
- B2B or technical product experience
- Illustration or iconography skills
- Video/motion basics (explainer videos, screen recordings, simple animation)
Work Requirements
- Full-time, in-office in Bangalore (Richmond Road)
