Engineered to eliminate errors through robust supplier-facing operations at hubs, our procurement solution tracks inbound (by weight or count) and triggers the generation of GRN/POs in your systems.
Designed exclusively for procurement purposes, our solution involves the identification of hubs, farmers and crates with unique IDs, and recording all purchases on the cloud-hosted application with respect to the unique IDs.
Integrated with a weighing scale and a capable barcode scanner, the data logger captures the relevant IDs, weight and timestamp and sends it through to the cloud hosted application. This event will trigger the generation of purchase orders for the farmers with the necessary details (Hub ID, Supplier ID, SKU ID, Actual Weight/Unit count, total price and the date).
The cloud application houses a provision for the creation of accessible dashboards and timely reports, all of which can be exported into suitable formats (CSV, Excel) for external analysis.
