Designed to increase the efficiencies in delivery crate audits, our fulfilment audit solution verifies if the weight of a given crate matches its expected weight. Only if the crate does not match the expected weight will it be sent for manual auditing.
Composed of 3 personnel simultaneously working at a single custom-designed table, the crates that match the expected weight are sent to one side of the table to be sealed, while the crates that do not are manually audited.
With every crate identified by its unique code (crate ID), the weight of the crate is mapped to the Data logger system which is integrated with the organisation’s API. This integration allows for the crate weight to be compared at the fulfilment stage and audited before being sent out.
The entire flow is expected to take less than 5 seconds per crate, reducing the audit time per crate substantially.
