Loss of crates becoming a problem?
Developed to prevent the loss of crates and increase accountability, our Crate Loss Prevention solution is a robust traceability system that helps organisations track their crates in real times and map them to the responsible employees.
The Crate Loss Prevention identifies employees and crates with unique IDs. Whenever an employee is checking out crates, his ID is scanned. All subsequent crates will be mapped to the employee by scanning the metal QR tag attached to the crates. These crates are also scanned when the employees bring the crates back to the hubs. Based on this an exceptions report is generated each day with a tally of unreturned crates and the employees responsible.
An Android Application which is connected to a cloud hosted database facilitates scanning of codes and supports the generation/entry of IDs for employees, crates and hubs.
All transactions/events are captured by the cloud application and suitable dashboards and reports are created that are capable of being exported to Excel/CSV formats for external analysis.
