Inventory audits taking too long?
Our inventory audit solution integrates barcode based EAN recognition and weight based counting to make inventory checks faster and more accurate.
The operator starts by scanning the unique EAN barcode on the product. Once the EAN has been scanned, the operator calibrates the weight of a single unit before doing a quick bulk count by weighing a large number of units. Accuracies of 1% or better are achieved, depending on the variability of the SKU.
Once an EAN is registered in the system, the unit weight is also stored for faster operations next time around. Every single weighment is captured on our cloud dashboard and can be analysed using standard point-and-click reporting tools. Reports can also be exported in suitable formats (CSV, Excel) for external analysis. The solution can also be connected to your existing ERP over an API if desired.
